Esuma Unext provides art education services including:

3. Enrolment and Payment
3.1 Course Enrolment
- Enrolment is subject to availability and our acceptance
- Students must meet any prerequisite requirements
- Students under 18 require parental/guardian consent
- We reserve the right to refuse enrolment
3.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before course commencement unless otherwise arranged
- Payment plans may be available for longer courses
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Prices may change without notice for future enrolments
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Student Cancellations
- Full refund: Cancellation more than 14 days before course start
- 50% refund: Cancellation 7-14 days before course start
- No refund: Cancellation less than 7 days before course start
- Medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis
4.2 Our Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolments
- Full refunds will be provided for courses cancelled by us
- Alternative course dates or credit may be offered
5. Student Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to:
- Attend classes punctually and regularly
- Bring required materials unless otherwise specified
- Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Not disrupt classes or engage in inappropriate behaviour
- Complete assignments and practice as recommended
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All course materials, curricula, videos, handouts, and other content provided by Esuma Unext are our intellectual property and protected by copyright. Students may use these materials for personal study only.
6.2 Student Artwork
You retain ownership of artwork you create during courses. However, you grant us permission to photograph and use images of your work for promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course
- We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes or career success
- Students participate in activities at their own risk
8. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful learning environment. Prohibited behaviour includes:
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
- Disruptive behaviour during classes
- Sharing course materials without permission
- Recording classes without consent
- Damage to property or equipment
Violation may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
9. Health and Safety
- Students must disclose any health conditions that may affect participation
- Follow all safety instructions when using art materials and equipment
- Report any accidents or injuries immediately
- We maintain current first aid and safety procedures
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles. We may collect and use information for educational and administrative purposes.
11. Online Learning Terms
For online courses:
- Students need reliable internet and appropriate device
- Technical requirements will be provided before course start
- We are not responsible for technical issues on student's end
- Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes
- Students must maintain appropriate online conduct
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to future enrolments. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
